Shishan Road No. 2 Store is within the government protection area of an old house in Zhuhai. The house is based on old materials such as earth structure, tile roof, and wooden beams. This project requires large structural reinforcement, renovation, and surface waterproofing treatment, and to maintain the original shape of the house to a certain extent at the request of the government.
The flagship store is required to include multiple space functions, including a coffee shop, take-out window, bread exhibition sales area, bakery, toilet and light meal kitchen. The cafe includes an outdoor area and an indoor area.
